2020 was a crazy year, not in a good way. The real estate market treated homeowners really nicely though.
Let’s look at December 2020. In Beverly Hills Post Office (BHPO) we had 111 houses available for sale 8 houses were sold and 17 were in escrow.
It took on average 113 days to sell these homes. The average price per square foot currently is $1,253.
If we look at the prior year, in December 2019 in Beverly Hills Post Office (BHPO) we had 132 homes available for sale, which means we have an almost 16% decline in inventory. The price per square foot was $1,002, which indicates about a 25% increase in the average price per square foot.
