February turned out to be a rather active month. We sold more homes than in January and we sold them faster too. We are definitely in a strong sellers’ market right now.
Some markets (like Hollywood Hills) are extremely hot. However, luxury market in Beverly Hills started showing signs of slowing down. Beverly Hills Post Office (BHPO) is still strong.

Active Listings: 110 (12 less compared to January) Inventory is getting tighter.
In Escrow: 28 (7 more than in January) It takes a bit longer to close escrows, probably, due to a longer underwriting process.
Sold: 19 (12 more than in January) The demand is still high.
Average Days on the Market: 98 (the same as in January). It takes less time to open escrows, the demand is still high.
Average Price Per Square Foot: $1,239 ($1 lower than in January) The prices are holding up; inventory is down and the demand is still strong.
