90210 Beverly Hills Post Office (BHPO) Area Pre-4th-Of-July Market Update

This is Irina Hill, your local Beverly Hills realtor with Rodeo Realty, and here is our Pre-4th-of -July market update for Beverly Hills Post Office (BHPO) area.
Right now, we have 132 active listings on the market. And 43 out of those are under $3 million. Thirty-six are between $3 and $5 million. 27 are over 10, and one of those 27 is over $100 million. Average days on the market are 110 days. And it’s understandable because the prices are rather high, and the higher the prices, the longer it takes to sell usually.
