We have 128 listings in Beverly Hills post office, not Beverly Hills, area close to it in 90120 zip code.
One of those listings is not on the market yet, it’s coming soon and 127 active listings.
33 listings are under $3 million dollars.
28 listings are priced between $3 and $5 million.
31 listings are priced between $5 and $10 million, and 36 listings are over $10 million dollars.
The most expensive listing in the area is offered at $160 million and it is in Beverly Park. So if you would like to get it, it’s available. It’s gorgeous. It’s beautiful and is waiting for its lucky owner. It has been waiting for about two years already, so come get it! 🙂
On average, homes stay on the market for 100 days. It’s not that long. We do have high prices here in BHPO.
