January Real Estate Market In Beverly Hills Post Office (BHPO)

As in Beverly Hills, the market was strong in Beverly Hills Post Office. It is still a sellers’ market.
We had 112 active listings, 21 homes were in escrow and 7 homes sold. These numbers are almost exactly the same as in December. On average it took 98 days to sell these homes, which is 2 weeks faster than in December and the average price per square foot was $1,240.
